1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Kugusze's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Kugusze provides engine diagnostics, wheel alignment, maintenance, and related auto repair services in Malaysia. We reserve the right to modify service offerings without prior notice.

3. Liability & Warranties

While we strive for excellence, Kugusze makes no guarantees regarding outcomes. Services are provided "as-is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from vehicle use after service completion.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon service completion
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments
• Quoted prices may change if additional issues are discovered

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours before appointment receive full refunds. Late cancellations incur 50% service charges. Refunds for completed services are assessed case-by-case.

6. Data & Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and GDPR principles. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kugusze's total liability shall not exceed the service fee paid. We disclaim liability for vehicle damage, data loss, or third-party claims.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be governed by Malaysian law. Both parties agree to resolve matters amicably before pursuing legal action.
